CERTIFIED & LEGAL
Apostille & Legalisation Support
You have a sworn translation, or a foreign document that needs recognising in Spain — and now face a separate chain of registries and colleges to get it apostilled or legalised. We liaise with the right office on your behalf, so you don't have to learn the bureaucracy yourself.
About this service
An apostille or consular legalisation is a separate step from translation — a stamp issued by the relevant registry, ministry or college confirming a document (or its sworn translation) is genuine and can be used abroad. Knowing which office to approach, and in what order, is the actual difficulty; we coordinate that liaison so the document comes back to you ready to use.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between an apostille and legalisation?
An apostille is a simplified certification for countries in the Hague Convention; full consular legalisation applies for countries outside it. We confirm which one your destination country needs when you order.
Do I need this if my translation is already sworn?
Often not for use inside Spain — a sworn translation is usually sufficient here. It matters mainly when the document (or its translation) needs to be used in another country.
How long does the registry/college take?
It varies by issuing body and is outside our control, but we give you a guided estimate at order and keep you updated while it’s with them.
Can you apostille a document I didn't translate with you?
Yes — send us the document and we'll confirm what's needed.
What are "official fees at cost"?
The amount the registry, ministry or professional college itself charges for the stamp — we pass this through exactly, itemised separately from our €60 coordination fee.
