How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for a specific date/time slot — but call the Algeciras office for anything urgent and we'll confirm same-day or next-day availability where possible.
What if the appointment runs longer than booked?
Extra time beyond the confirmed block is billed at the standard hourly rate, agreed with you on the day before the interpreter continues.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — free of charge more than 72 hours before the booking; a 50% charge applies within 72 hours, and 100% within 24 hours, since this is a reserved time slot. Full detail in Cancellations & Refunds.
Do you interpret for police or legal proceedings?
Yes — this is regular work for us; confidentiality applies as standard.
Is remote interpreting by phone or video?
Both — tell us your preference and the platform you're using (if any) when you book, and we'll confirm compatibility.
