Sworn translations are produced by a translator accredited by the Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores (MAEC) and carry that translator's seal and signature, which is what Spanish civil registries, universities and notaries require. Each translation is delivered ready to submit.

Yes. We regularly prepare translations for UK, Gibraltar and Moroccan authorities, as well as EU institutions. Tell us the receiving country when you order or request a quote, so we can confirm any extra formatting or legalisation it needs.

Standard turnaround is 24–48 business hours from confirmation of your order or quote. A 24-hour rush service is available for an additional fee.

For short standard documents, often yes — call the Algeciras office and we'll confirm same-day capacity before you order.

As a signed, sealed PDF by e-mail. A posted hard copy is available for Spain or the rest of the EU as a paid delivery option, for documents that require the physical seal in hand.

Most Spanish institutions now accept an e-signed PDF for sworn translations; some still ask for the physical seal. If you're not sure which your office needs, order both — the postal option is priced at checkout.

All prices on this site are shown before Spanish VAT (IVA), currently 21%. The IVA amount is calculated and shown separately at checkout or on your quote, never hidden in the headline price.

Fixed-price orders are paid at checkout — bank transfer / pay on invoice is the default option. Bespoke quotes are invoiced once you confirm the project.

Yes. Every project — ordered online or quoted — is handled under confidentiality, and an NDA is available on request for sensitive legal, medical or corporate work.
