Transcription & Subtitling

About this service

A recorded interview, deposition, meeting or webinar only becomes usable once it’s written down — for a case file, a training archive, or an audience reading subtitles instead of hearing the original language. We transcribe and subtitle recordings for legal teams, businesses and content creators, time-stamped and formatted for its actual use.

Why work with us

Built to feed a legal translation, not just stand alone.

A transcribed recording is often the raw material a legal translation is built from — we hand off cleanly into that workflow when it needs to.

Time-stamped and formatted for its actual use.

A case file, a subtitle track and a training archive need different formats — we deliver the one that fits.

Order the standard block online, quote the rest.

A 10-minute transcription block is fixed-price and cart-ready; longer or translated work is quoted once we've heard the recording.

Frequently asked questions

What audio/video formats do you accept?

Any common format — MP3, WAV, MP4, MOV and similar. Send a download link or describe the file when you order or request a quote.

Can you transcribe poor-quality or multi-speaker audio?

Usually yes — tell us about background noise or the number of speakers when you order; it may affect the price and turnaround, confirmed before you’re charged for anything beyond the standard block.

Do you provide subtitles in a different language, or only same-language captions?

Both — same-language transcripts/captions are priced as above; translated subtitles are quoted alongside at the relevant translation service's per-word rate.

What subtitle formats do you deliver?

SRT and VTT as standard; other formats on request.

Is a transcript admissible as a legal record?

We deliver an accurate, time-stamped written record of the recording; whether it's accepted as evidence is a matter for your legal counsel and the receiving court, not something we can certify ourselves.
