From the first message to the delivered document, here's exactly what happens and when.
Request
Order a standard item online, or send us your document and language pair for a bespoke quote. Attach the file if you can, or describe it — either way, we can usually give you a first estimate straight away.
Confirm & price
We confirm the exact price, the turnaround date, and any questions about the document, normally within one business hour. Nothing starts until you've agreed the price.
Translate & QA
A MAEC-accredited translator (for sworn work) or a specialist translator in the right field produces the translation. A second linguist checks it against the source before it's signed off — terminology, formatting and completeness.
Deliver
You receive a signed PDF by e-mail, on the date you were given. A posted hard copy follows if you chose that option. Any correction needed within 14 days is free.
Every translation passes through a second linguist before delivery — a check for terminology, completeness and formatting against the source document, not just a spell-check. Sworn translations additionally carry the accredited translator’s own seal and signature, which is the specific thing a Spanish institution checks for.

Process questions
What if my document is rejected by the receiving office?
This is rare when the sworn seal and signature are intact, but if an office asks for a formatting change, we correct and reissue it free of charge within the 14-day correction window — tell us exactly what the office required and we'll match it.
Does the 24–48h turnaround start when I order, or when I pay?
It starts once your order or quote is confirmed and, where payment is required upfront, once payment is received — we state the exact start point in your order confirmation or quote.
